DESCRIPTION:Joyce Koh in the upcoming talk will discuss her book titled Des
 ign Thinking for Education: Conceptions and Applications in Teaching and L
 earning. Joyce has proposed that the Design Thinking can support Teachers 
 to facilitate students 21st Century Learning.\nThis session uses research 
 conducted with school and higher education teachers in South-East Asia and
  New Zealand to examine the kinds of teacher design competencies and chall
 enges faced when designing 21st Century Learning experiences. The audience
  will be invited to brainstorm plausible solutions for enhancing teacher c
 ompetencies for designing 21st Century Learning experiences.
